“Everything was clean, friendly staff, enjoyed our stay.”

“We had the best time at Bedford Post Inn. We were upgraded to a King suite since we were celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday and the the team there really went all out to make sure we were comfortable and had a great time. The breakfast and dinner at the Tavern downstairs is so delicious. We cannot wait to come back!!!!”

“Place didn't exist. Host did not respond to requests to clarify check-in. Upon arriving, the location was not as described and an individual who answered the door informed our party this was not a rental property. Had to last minute book elsewhere.”

“Brand new space. Our room was so clean!! Smelled clean. The location is perfect and walkable to restaurants, bars, grocery store. The game room was so much fun. Our host was the absolute best. Excellent communication from start to finish. Excited to return.”

“First day i got there the only one lady at the “front desk”completely ignore me by pretending she didn’t work there, unfortunately for her I stayed at the lobby longer that she had anticipated and had no option but to move behind the desk and ask me “if I needed help” I found that very disrespectful, after that day I never saw her again and for most my stay the staff was ok.”

“Property was missing needed items and it took two days to get them(coffee maker). For the price you get what you’d expect. Older property with some updates needed. Everything worked but older appliances. ”

“After flying in with four of us from Los Angeles on a Red Eye, we had to drive around for 4-5 hours until we were able to check in at 4pm, however after hours of trying to get into the property with no answer on the contact number ,we finally were able to have the local property manager come out and say that the property overbooked and had no room for us. I spent over 2 hours on the phone getting the run around by Expedia with mixed stories of our accommodations. FINALLY with now the story is...

“did not respond from the morning day of check-in. Responded to me all the way up until the day I was supposed to stay in the house do not book with these people they are scamming”

“The property was double booked and they took my money and the code was never received therefore I could not check in to the property. I’m still waiting on a refund of $416.02 . The property should not be listed if people are occupying it. I was distraught when I found out this on my birthday weekend scrambling to find a place to go at almost midnight. This person should be banned from renting out this property so that it doesn’t happen again!”

“Beautiful place and very nice hosts”

“This loft is in a very convenient, central location. It’s very clean with a nice kitchen and well set up living/bedroom area. However, the bathroom is an extremely tight setup … especially for my 6’2” husband. We found the parking garage to be a real plus when coming back late in the day.”

“Check-in was confusing and poorly organized, which made the start of the stay frustrating. The room itself was fine and comfortable, but the photos on the website were misleading and didn’t match what we saw in person. Overall, an okay room but not the experience we expected.”

“Rooms were very clean, well decorated however bathrooms were not. Parking was accessible and perfect. Some appliances did not work like iron stained my clothes and coffee machine did not work. Everything else was fine. ”
